Terms and Service Agreement for Metafix Wellness Center
Welcome! These Terms and Service Agreement ("Agreement") govern the use of Metafix Wellness Center's website and the services offered by Waheeda Deen ("Practitioner"), a psychic medium and energetic healer ("Services").
Please read this Agreement carefully before booking a session or using any Services. By accessing or using the Website or Services, you ("Client") agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
1. Services
The Services offered by the Practitioner include, but are not limited to:
Psychic Readings
Mediumship Readings
Energy Healing (including Reiki, etc.)
Spiritual Guidance
Metaphysical Classes
Shamanic Healing
Corporate Events
Community Events and Trainings
Online Classes and Healings
The Practitioner reserves the right to modify or discontinue any Service at any time with or without notice.
2. Disclaimer
The Services are for informational and entertainment purposes only. The information provided by the Practitioner is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical or legal advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Client is responsible for seeking the advice of a qualified healthcare professional for any medical conditions.
3. Client Responsibility
Client agrees to provide accurate and complete information to the Practitioner during sessions. Client is responsible for their own well-being and actions before, during, and after any Service.
4. Confidentiality
The Practitioner maintains strict confidentiality regarding all information disclosed by the Client during sessions. Information will only be disclosed with Client's written consent, except as required by law.
5. Payment
Payment for Services is due at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable if cancelled within 12 hours of the appointment. Missed appointments or missed classes are non-refundable but the credit can be applied to a future session or class.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Practitioner disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Practitioner shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to the Services, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages.
8. Termination
The Practitioner reserves the right to terminate this Agreement or refuse to provide Services to any Client for any reason at any time.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
10. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
11. Updates to Agreement
The Practitioner reserves the right to update this Agreement at any time. Changes will be posted on the Website. Client is responsible for checking the Agreement periodically for updates.
